BluCar- Call For Release (CFR) Customer Service Representative (CSR)
The BluCar CFR CSR will facilitate communication via phone calls, email and system updates between body shops, impound facilities, external partners, as well as internal partners. The objective is obtain a vehicle release for transportation on units assigned to Copa rt by BluCar customers across the US.
A BluCar CFR CSR will maintain specific KPls and goals set daily/weekly/monthly for calls made. Other metrics will include time spent in calls, non-call/system clears, percentage of units released for pickup, etc. They will provide exceptional experience and hospitality for both internal and external partners with the goal of obtaining releases for units according to client SLAs.
The BluCar CFR CSR is the face of the Company as they are often the first interaction our customers have with Copa rt. Through a thorough understanding of Copa rt practices, the CSR offers solutions that aid and facilitate a unique customer service experience.

Job Duties:
  • Manage outbound and inbound communications with body shops, impound facilities, lien holders, rental companies, fleet operators, and internal stakeholders to secure vehicle release authorizations.
  • Coordinated release processes for vehicles assigned to Copa rt by BluCar customers, ensuring timely transport readiness.
  • Maintained accurate and detailed records through system updates, email correspondence, and call documentation.
  • Meet and achieve daily and weekly key performance indicators (KPls) related to vehicle releases and pickups.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external partners while resolving release-related issues and inquiries.
  • Ensured compliance with client service level agreements (SLAs) by expediting release approvals and minimizing delays.
  • Investigate and resolve obstacles preventing vehicle releases resulting in delays, communicating status updates to all relevant parties.

  • Leverage knowledge of company policies, procedures, and systems to identify solutions and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Prioritize and manage a high-volume workload while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
  • Build and maintained positive relationships with customers and business partners to support successful operational outcomes.
  • Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality, ensuring consistent coverage, reliability, and uninterrupted support for customers and business partners.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • One year of office support experience in a customer service role and/or call center preferred
  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Proficiency in office equipment
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem-solving
  • Computer proficiency - MS Suite
  • Typing speed 45WPM
  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual skills a plus
  • Overtime related to business needs

Pay: $16.04 - $22.00 hourly
For locations in California, Colorado, New York, Washington, pay rate ranges from $18.00 - $24.00 hourly
