As the Executive Development lead, you will shape how Micron's most senior leaders grow. This role sits at the center of our talent ecosystem-connecting succession planning, performance, and individualized development into a coherent, high-impact approach for leaders at the VP through C-suite level.

This isn't a program management role. It's a strategic one. You'll be encouraged to challenge, advise, and integrate-turning enterprise talent priorities into real development experiences that accelerate Micron's leadership pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and continuously refine Micron's executive development strategy, ensuring it integrates with leadership continuity, performance evaluation, and leadership expectations.

  • Partner with senior leaders, HR Business Partners and Talent Partners to action individualized development plans grounded in role expectations, capability gaps, and succession readiness.

  • Set the standard on development rigor: experience-based actions, measurable outcomes, and focused follow-through with built-in accountability checkpoints.

  • Govern executive coaching engagements end to end-including vendor management, supporting coach selection and fit.

  • Establish and manage partnerships with top-tier universities and professional development programs to bring world-class learning options into Micron's development ecosystem.

  • Collaborate across the People organization to ensure executive development solutions are scalable, consistent, and aligned with enterprise talent cycles.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of dynamic experience in executive development, leadership development, talent management, talent partnering, or organizational efficiency.

  • Demonstrated success crafting and accomplishing development strategies for senior leaders and high-potential pipelines at scale.

  • Strong ability to influence, partner, and navigate within a sophisticated global matrix-comfortable with ambiguity and cross-cultural dynamics.

  • Experience selecting, managing, and evaluating executive coaches, assessment vendors, and executive education partners.

  • Strong executive presence, and consulting skills; you can translate organizational needs into clear, actionable plans at scale.

  • Committed to achieving goals with a strong preference for taking action and seeing tasks through.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Organizational Psychology, HR, OD, Business, or a related field.

  • Coaching credential and/or experience with executive assessment and 360 feedback processes.

  • Experience integrating development planning into enterprise talent systems and succession cycles.
