Job description

Under general supervision, manage a wide range of key activities for Product leadership of Bloomberg Industry group; interface with all levels of management to provide administrative support with a focus on coordination of activities, team routines, and documentations, while developing knowledge of internal processes and tools; and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and diplomacy to staff members and customers of Bloomberg Industry Group.

What will you do:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize simultaneous assignments and projects, as well as conduct information gathering and monitoring.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High level of credibility, judgment, analytical skills, and attention to detail.

  • High level of interpersonal, organizational, and calendar management skills.

  • Provide administrative support across teams to ensure smooth coordination and execution.

  • Assist with scheduling and maintaining calendar for product leadership, including coordinating meetings and resolving conflicts.

  • Support the coordination of team meetings, forums, and planning sessions.

  • Help organize meetings and small-scale events, including logistics and materials preparation.

  • Assist with travel arrangements and provide support for vendor and procurement activities, where applicable.

  • Maintain and update shared documentation (e.g. Teams, SharePoint, Confluence), templates, trackers to ensure information is accurate and accessible.

Experience:

  • Bachelors' degree or equivalent experience.

  • 2+ Years Experience providing administrative support to teams in large organizations, including coordinating calendars, supporting event planning, maintaining documentation, communicating effectively, and assisting with multiple stakeholders and tasks simultaneously.

Compensation Range:

$80,000.00-$100,000.00

Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process. Salary determination will be determined based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, demonstrated skills related to the requirements of the role, education, certifications, and geographic location.
