Thrive & Bloom Counseling LLC is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Telehealth Mental Health Counselor, specifically Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors (LCPC), and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW). In this full-time role, you will provide essential support to individuals grappling with substance use disorders, empowering them on their journey towards recovery and healthier living.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify the specific needs and treatment goals of individuals entering our substance use disorder program.
  • Create personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, incorporating methods such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy.
  • Facilitate individual counseling sessions while employing various therapeutic techniques to engage and support clients effectively.
  • Lead group therapy sessions aimed at providing peer support and fostering a sense of community among individuals in recovery.
  • Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients during critical situations involving substance use.
  • Educate clients and their families about addiction issues, recovery techniques, and available community resources, empowering them with knowledge and understanding.
  • Maintain detailed and confidential client records, adhering to ethical and legal standards while providing comprehensive documentation of treatment progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
