Pre-ETS County Coordinator (Full-Time)
Bloom Consulting | Box Elder County or Cache County, Utah
Bloom Consulting is seeking a full-time County Coordinator to support high school students with disabilities as they prepare for life after graduation. This flexible role blends direct student instruction with coordinating transition services, helping students build independence, workplace readiness, and confidence for future success.
What You'll Do
  • Provide one-on-one instruction to high school students with disabilities using Bloom's provided curriculum (no lesson planning required)
  • Coordinate and arrange services, including job shadowing, workplace readiness training, and short-term job coaching experiences
  • Communicate with schools, families, and local businesses to schedule, coordinate, and follow through on student services
  • Manage the full service cycle: coordinate schedules, deliver services, maintain communication, and complete required documentation
  • Build and maintain partnerships within the local community to support student opportunities
  • Travel throughout Box Elder County or Cache County to support students and programs
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (education, human services, psychology, social work, or related field)
  • Experience working directly with youth with disabilities in education, mentoring, coaching, or related settings
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Dependable, compassionate, and patient with the ability to build trust with students and families
  • Reliable transportation and comfort with regional travel
