Position Summary

We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing & Brand Development Coordinator to elevate our brand and help generate qualified leads throughout the luxury outdoor living market.
This individual will be responsible for managing marketing initiatives across digital platforms, supporting business development efforts, coordinating events, creating compelling content, and maintaining consistent brand messaging.

Primary Responsibilities

Social Media Management

·        Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube

·        Maintain a consistent posting schedule.

·        Respond to comments and direct messages when appropriate.

·        Monitor trends and recommend new content ideas.

·        Increase engagement and follower growth.

Content Creation

·        Photograph and film active job sites.

·        Capture completed projects, before-and-after transformations, and behind-the-scenes content.

·        Edit photos and videos for social media and website use.

·        Create reels, stories, and short-form videos.

·        Write engaging captions aligned with the company's luxury brand.

Website Management

·        Keep project portfolio updated.

·        Upload completed projects.
