POSITION SUMMARY
The Social Media Manager is responsible for managing high-volume interactions, creating real-time content, monitoring industry trends, and ensuring a consistent, high-impact digital presence. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, data-driven, and adept at leveraging content to drive audience growth, foster community relationships, and support business objectives. OBJECTIVES
  • Oversee and execute high-volume engagement management across all social platforms, ensuring timely responses to comments & direct messages to maintain strong brand presence and audience trust.
  • Strategically capture and produce real-time content during company events, courses, and in-office activities to highlight company culture and leadership while reinforcing brand authority
  • Analyze and adapt social media trends to align with the company's branding and audience interests, leveraging data insights to drive engagement and brand relevance
  • Repurpose and optimize existing content to align with emerging trends, contributing weekly content ideas and ensuring strategic alignment with industry movements and audience preferences
  • Develop and implement a structured content workflow, leveraging professional video footage, blog post insights, and social media assets to maintain a consistent, high-quality posting schedule
  • Ensure that all videos/graphics that feature a client testimonial meet the documented compliance requirements
  • Proactively monitor and manage brand reputation, responding to inquiries, reviews, and client feedback to foster transparency, trust, and customer satisfaction
  • Expand and nurture key relationships with influencers, prospective clients, and the 10X community to strengthen brand engagement and market reach
  • Drive lead generation efforts through social engagement, strategically identifying and qualifying potential clients before seamlessly transitioning them to the sales team
  • Ensure efficient asset management by uploading and organizing all captured event footage for post-production teams, maximizing content longevity and repurposing opportunities.

COMPETENCIES
  • Highly proficient with platforms such as, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok, Twitter/Threads
  • Extensive experience using the SMM platform (Sprout Social, ManyChat, Asana, Canva, Capcut.)
  • Extensive knowledge with Social Media Reporting/Analytics
  • Ability to edit and shoot content via IPhone efficiently in order to create real time posts
  • Understands how to effectively track and manage a content calendar
  • Ability to optimize social media content strategically to drive results
  • Strong proficiency and ability to navigate and leverage all social media platforms for company use
  • Ability to navigate team and technical challenges during events
  • Strong understanding of how to leverage data to optimize social media content and results
  • Understanding of Videography/Photography best practices in order to give feedback on edits and develop high quality content

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field preferred
  • At least 4 years' experience in a Social Media role
