Company: Munters Corporation
Lead Projects. Drive Change. Make an Impact.
Munters is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Daleville, VA team and lead cross-functional projects that directly impact on our operational performance and customer experience.
This is more than a traditional project management role. You'll work through Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Planning, Quality, Service, Sales, Finance, and IT to bring structure to complex challenges and turn improvement opportunities into measurable results.
What You'll Do
  • Lead multiple technical and operational projects from initiation through completion.
  • Build project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success measures.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and keep projects moving forward.
  • Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and resource challenges and drive solutions.
  • Track project progress and communicate updates to leadership.
  • Use data and root-cause analysis to identify opportunities and measure results.
  • Support process improvements involving quality, throughput, material availability, production planning, lead times, and on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate testing, training, documentation, implementation, and project handoffs.
  • Help establish consistent project-management and continuous-improvement practices across the organization.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations, Business, Supply Chain, Technical Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional technical, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, or business-improvement projects.
  • Strong understanding of formal project-management practices, including scheduling, risk management, scope, stakeholder management, and reporting.
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to influence and lead teams without direct authority.
  • Comfortable working through ambiguity and changing priorities.
  • Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Planner, Excel, Power BI, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • PMP certification is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Agile, Scrum, or other continuous-improvement methodologies is a plus.
  • Experience in industrial manufacturing, engineered products, HVAC/cooling systems, data center infrastructure, or complex supply chains is highly desirable.

Why Join Munters?
At Munters, you'll have the opportunity to work on projects that have a direct impact on operations, customers, and business performance. You'll collaborate with teams across the organization while helping drive meaningful improvements within our Daleville operation.
Benefits include:
  • Competitive salary
  • Medical, dental & vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Generous PTO
