Our challenge
We are seeking a Facilitate agile delivery across one or more engineering squads working on the platform.
Additional Information*
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Irving, TX/Jersey City, NJ is $130k - $135k/year & benefits (see below).
The Role
Responsibilities:
  • Run sprint ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retros).
  • Remove blockers and facilitate cross-team coordination.
  • Track velocity and delivery metrics.
  • Support onboarding of new engineers into agile.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years Scrum Master experience in software engineering environments.
  • CSM/PSM certification preferred.
  • Experience with distributed/multi-geography teams.
  • Familiarity with blockchain/fintech delivery a plus.
