Company Overview

We are a Utah- and Nevada-based emerging technology start-up company seeking an experienced Solar Sales & Install Expert to support the development, construction, and operation of advanced data storage, and data mining facilities. Our company has developed a technology that increases the efficiency of Solar Operations from 8% to 12%.  Our proprietary technology is designed to reduce energy consumption requirements for large-scale data storage and mining operations by approximately 10%–50%.

The company is currently finalizing partnership agreements with nationally recognized commercial developers for the construction of an initial two facilities ranging from 10 MW to 100 MW, with planned expansion capacity exceeding 2 GW.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced executive leader with a minimum of 10 years of experience in cryptocurrency mining operations, blockchain technology development, mining infrastructure deployment, and large-scale facility management.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in evaluation, selecting, and recommending cryptocurrency mining equipment based on performance, efficiency, and profitability. planning, development, installation, commissioning, and operation of cryptocurrency mining facilities, as well as experience managing vendor relationships, equipment procurement, site development, and operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and commission ASIC miners, GPU mining rigs, and associated infrastructure.
• Monitor hardware performance metrics including hash rate, power consumption, temperature, and reliability.
• Develop maintenance schedules and preventative maintenance programs for mining equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mining hardware failures and performance degradation.
• Manage equipment inventory, spare parts, and replacement strategies.
• Analyze mining efficiency and identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Optimize firmware, operating parameters, and power settings.
• Implement monitoring systems and performance dashboards.
• Conduct benchmarking and testing of new mining equipment and technologies.
• Evaluate hash rate efficiency, energy consumption, and operational costs.
• Recommend strategies to maximize equipment utilization and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of cryptocurrency mining, blockchain, or related infrastructure experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Bitcoin mining operations and mining hardware.
• Experience managing large-scale mining or high-load computing facilities.
• Strong project management, budgeting, and operational leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively with developers, utilities, vendors, and executive leadership.
