Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Blockchain Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade decentralized applications (dApps), smart contract platforms, and blockchain-integrated backend services supporting financial services, digital asset management, and enterprise transaction processing. This role focuses on building secure, scalable blockchain solutions that integrate seamlessly with cloud-native microservices and traditional enterprise applications.

You will work closely with solution architects, security engineers, DevOps teams, and product owners to develop smart contracts, blockchain APIs, digital wallet integrations, tokenization platforms, and secure transaction processing systems. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in blockchain protocols, smart contract development, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure while maintaining strong software engineering fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop secure smart contracts for enterprise blockchain applications using Solidity or other smart contract languages.
  • Build scalable backend services that interact with blockchain networks for transaction processing, asset management, and identity verification.
  • Develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs to expose blockchain functionality to web and mobile applications.
  • Design blockchain data models, token standards, and transaction workflows for high-volume enterprise systems.
  • Integrate enterprise applications with Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Polygon, Avalanche, or other blockchain platforms.
  • Develop secure wallet integrations, digital signature workflows, and key management solutions.
  • Implement blockchain event listeners, indexing services, and off-chain processing components.
  • Build scalable microservices using .NET Core, Java, or Node.js that interact with blockchain networks.
  • Optimize smart contracts for gas efficiency, scalability, and transaction throughput.
  • Perform smart contract audits, security testing, and vulnerability assessments before production deployments.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy blockchain infrastructure across Azure or AWS cloud environments.
  • Participate in architectural reviews, code reviews, technical design sessions, and production support activities.
  • Troubleshoot complex blockchain network issues, transaction failures, synchronization problems, and production incidents.
Required Skills
  • Six or more years of professional software development experience building enterprise-grade distributed applications.
  • Three or more years of hands-on blockchain development experience delivering production blockchain solutions.
  • Strong experience developing smart contracts using Solidity and Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM)-compatible networks.
  • Hands-on experience with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Polygon, Avalanche, Binance Smart Chain, or Quorum.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with Node.js or backend development using C#/.NET Core or Java.
  • Experience building decentralized applications (dApps) with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus algorithms, cryptographic hashing, digital signatures, Merkle trees, and distributed ledger concepts.
  • Experience implementing ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, or custom token standards.
  • Experience integrating wallets such as MetaMask, WalletConnect, Coinbase Wallet, or enterprise custody platforms.
  • Strong experience with REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, WebSockets, and blockchain RPC interfaces.
  • Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, or Redis.
  • Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and release management.
  • Experience deploying applications on Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
  • Strong debugging, performance optimization, and troubleshooting skills in production environments.
  • Experience working within Agile Scrum development teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience designing enterprise blockchain solutions for financial services, healthcare, insurance, or supply chain industries.
  • Hands-on experience with Hyperledger Fabric chaincode development using Go or Java.
  • Experience with Layer-2 scaling solutions including Polygon, Arbitrum, or Optimism.
  • Familiarity with Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKP), Multi-Party Computation (MPC), or privacy-preserving blockchain technologies.
  • Experience implementing decentralized identity (DID) and Verifiable Credentials (VC).
  • Knowledge of blockchain security standards, smart contract auditing tools, and common vulnerabilities such as reentrancy, overflow, front-running, and flash loan attacks.
  • Experience using Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle, Ganache, Brownie, or Remix IDE.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Experience integrating blockchain applications with enterprise identity providers including Azure Active Directory or OAuth.
  • Blockchain certifications or contributions to open-source blockchain projects are highly desirable.
Project Environment
  • Digital asset tokenization and lifecycle management
  • Smart contract-driven business workflows
  • Enterprise wallet and digital identity integration
  • Real-time blockchain event processing
  • Secure multi-signature transaction approval systems
  • Blockchain analytics and reporting dashboards
