  • Test and integrate blockchain protocols and platforms, including Ethereum-compatible networks (e.g., Hyperledger Besu), Cosmos and Canton
  • Test smart contracts for correctness, security vulnerabilities, and edge cases
  • Collaborate closely with development teams and blockchain architects to understand technical specifications and ensure testability of features
  • Perform load, performance and stress testing to assess scalability and transaction throughput
  • Validate blockchain network behavior, including consensus mechanisms, node synchronization, and fault tolerance
  • Test integrations with wallets, APIs, backend services
  • Identify, document, and track software defects and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution
  • Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and tools to improve efficiency and coverage of blockchain testing
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and best practices within a blockchain context

  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance code quality and testability
  • Ensure adherence to S.W.I.F.T.'s quality standards and regulatory compliance requirements in all testing activities

What will make you successful:
We are seeking professionals with:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in software quality assurance or testing, with a significant focus on blockchain or distributed ledger technologies
  • Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including consensus mechanisms (PoW, PoS, BFT), smart contracts, cryptography, and distributed system architectures
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in blockchain development or testing (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Go, Java, Solidity)
  • Experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Jest, Truffle, Hardhat)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with performance testing and security testing methodologies for distributed systems
  • Knowledge of financial services industry standards and regulatory frameworks
