Our challenge

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Engagement Manager / Delivery Manager / Client Partner to drive successful delivery of technology and business transformation programs while growing strategic client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client engagements, overseeing project delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts, and driving account expansion through farming initiatives. Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Philadelphia, PA is$160k - $180k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years in client-facing leadership roles such as Client Partner, Delivery Manager, Engagement Manager, Program Manager, or Account Manager.
  • Proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts and complex delivery engagements.
  • Experience owning account growth, farming, and revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Experience managing distributed and offshore delivery teams.
  • Experience within Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Capital Markets, or Wealth Management domains.
