As a Backend Developer, you’ll gain hands-on experience working on real-world projects that impact users globally. You’ll collaborate with architects and developers to build high-quality, elegant, and performant solutions.

You will:

• Participate in Agile development cycles: design, code, test, and support.
• Learn and apply best practices in software development lifecycle.
• Work with APIs, databases, and cloud-based services.

• Curious, motivated, and eager to learn new technologies.
• A team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable with debugging, problem-solving, and adapting to new challenges.

High School Diploma/GED

• Academic or professional experience with the Software Development Lifecycle
• Basic knowledge of operating systems and how they work (i.e. Operating systems courses)
• Basic problem solving skills

• Foundational knowledge of system-level programming concepts
• Version control via tools like Git/GitHub

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full‑time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job‑related skills, experience and location. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro‑rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
