Mind Bliss Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our committed team. This full-time remote position is perfect for a professional who is passionate about expanding access to mental health care in the Kansas City area. This role operates within a flexible remote setting, allowing you to create a personalized work-life balance. While the majority of the work will be conducted online via telehealth, our outpatient office in Kansas City remains a resource for client services as needed. You will be part of a tight-knit team that emphasizes collaboration and innovation in therapeutic practices.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.
• Maintain ongoing documentation, managing client records, treatment plans, and case notes in compliance with organizational policies and protocol.
• Manage a caseload of 25-30 clients weekly, utilizing a productive blend of individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Provide excellent client service and engage in partnerships with case managers, families, and other relevant parties to facilitate holistic support.
• Embrace creativity in treatment interventions to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals, employing diverse methodologies suitable to their specific needs.
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in supervision, case consultations, and regular training opportunities.

Our clients span a diverse demographic, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. As a therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their mental health struggles, including anxiety, depression, family dynamics, and relational concerns.

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Kansas.
• Strong understanding of family therapy services and community resources available for clients.
• Proficient in mental health documentation practices, including the development of diagnostic assessments and treatment plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain professional boundaries while fostering a safe therapeutic environment.
• Willingness to undergo a background check as part of the hiring process.

• Experience working with a variety of populations including children, couples, and families in a therapeutic context.
• Knowledge of fee collection practices and comfort with discussing financial expectations with clients.
• Prior experience with telehealth platforms and digital client management systems is a plus.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
