What is blended learning?

Blended learning is an educational approach that combines traditional face-to-face classroom instruction with online learning activities and digital resources. This model allows students to have some control over the time, place, path, or pace of their learning. Teachers use blended learning to personalize instruction, increase student engagement, and make learning more flexible and accessible. It often involves a mix of in-person lessons, digital assignments, and interactive online tools to support a more holistic learning experience.

What are blended learning opportunities?

Blended learning opportunities for professionals in education or training roles involve combining online digital media with traditional in-person instruction. This approach allows for flexible schedules, the use of learning management systems (LMS), and the integration of various teaching tools to enhance skill development and engagement.

What are the typical challenges faced by educators in a Blended Learning role, and how can they be addressed?

Educators in a Blended Learning role often encounter challenges such as balancing in-person and online instruction, ensuring student engagement across different platforms, and managing varied technological skill levels among learners.
