Job Summary:
The Senior UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centric interfaces for modern web applications built on the Blazor framework. This role involves creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma while collaborating with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure seamless user experiences. The designer will contribute to scalable design systems, ensure responsive design across devices, and support development teams in implementing pixel-perfect UI solutions aligned with product and branding standards.
UI/UX Design
  • Design and enhance user interfaces for web applications built using the Blazor framework.
  • Ensure designs align with branding standards, usability principles, and modern design practices.
  • Create visually appealing and user-friendly UI components.

Wireframing & Prototyping
  • Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
  • Clearly communicate design ideas and interaction flows to stakeholders and development teams.

User Research & Usability Testing
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights on product usage.
  • Iterate designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights to improve user experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA engineers to translate product requirements into effective design solutions.

Design Systems & UI Consistency
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems and UI component libraries.

Responsive & Mobile-First Design

UI Development Support
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly within Blazor components and layouts.
  • Provide design assets, UI specifications, and design documentation.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer working on web or mobile applications.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Blazor UI frameworks and components.
  • Expertise in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
  • Experience with additional design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective collaboration with developers.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, usability standards, and best practices.
  • Experience designing responsive and mobile-first interfaces.
  • Proven ability to create user-centric designs aligned with business goals.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce pixel-perfect designs.
