Are you enthusiastic about safe operation of industrial vacuum equipment? Join the Badger team as an Industrial Vacuum Truck Operator! In this role, you'll be responsible for handling, positioning, moving, and manipulating equipment and materials for the completion of industrial services. If you're detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and ready to be part of essential industrial work, apply now to join our dedicated team.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Drives and operates Liquid Vacuum Truck and/or Air mover vehicles.
  • Assists with set up of all necessary cleaning equipment such as high-pressure pumps, in service line hydro-blasting equipment and Tank Cleaning equipment such as hoses and pumps.
  • Completes all safety paperwork and complies with all operational training, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Works safely around heavy machinery in loud, hazardous, and industrial environments.
  • Assists in inspecting equipment, hoses, connections, pumps, and general work area before starting any job. Inform crew lead or supervisor of deficiencies, which may cause accidents, injuries, or lost productivity.

What We're Looking For:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Class B CDL (Class A preferred.)
  • Tanker endorsement required or must be obtained shortly after hire.
  • No automatic restriction; must be legally permitted to operate a manual shift truck.
