At C&H Industrial, we keep industrial facilities running strong through specialized industrial cleaning services. As a Supervisor, you’ll help lead projects, manage crews, operate hydroblasting and vacuum truck equipment, and make sure every job site stays safe, productive, and on track.

$21.00-$23.00/hr + growth opportunities

This isn’t a sit-behind-the-desk management role — we’re looking for leaders who don’t mind rolling up their sleeves and getting involved with the crew.

What You’ll Be Doing (And Owning):
  • Lead Industrial Cleaning Operations Oversee and direct industrial cleaning crews while ensuring jobs are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Operate Heavy-Duty Equipment Set up, operate, and maintain hydroblasting systems, vacuum trucks, and other industrial cleaning equipment.
  • Safety First Conduct Job Hazard Awareness assessments and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and site-specific safety standards.
  • Manage Projects Like a Pro Coordinate staffing, scheduling, equipment, and materials to keep projects running smoothly.
  • Communicate & Lead Work closely with supervisors, account managers, customers, and crews to ensure successful project completion.
  • Lead by Example Jump in and help with physical labor when needed — because strong leaders work alongside their teams.
  • Overnight Opportunities Available We operate 24/7, so flexibility for nights, overtime, weekends, and overnight projects is important.

What You Bring to the Table:
Experience & Skills:
  • 2+ years of industrial cleaning or related experience preferred.
  • Experience operating vacuum trucks, hydroblasting equipment, and industrial machinery.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to follow technical procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Basic math and organizational skills.

Requirements:
  • Must meet qualifications of an Industrial Cleaning Technician and Operator.
  • Comfortable working in extreme temperatures and industrial environments.
  • Ability to climb ladders up to 250 feet.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
