Position Summary

BK Management is seeking an experienced, full-time Property Maintenance Technician to support the repair and maintenance of residential properties across our growing portfolio. Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and complete repairs in areas including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, gutters, lighting, and minor HVAC troubleshooting putting your hands-on expertise to work every day
  • Perform make-ready repairs to prepare units for new occupancy, ensuring quality standards are met
  • Complete work orders submitted by tenants and management in a timely, professional manner
  • Identify and report conditions requiring major repair to the Territory Manager, leveraging your experience to catch issues early
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by management
  • Participate in an on-call rotation as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • Prior residential maintenance experience required we're looking for technicians who bring proven, hands-on expertise
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to climb stairs and work in physically demanding conditions
  • Must be able to regularly perform repetitive bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, crawling, climbing, pushing, pulling, reaching, grasping, and pinching
