What is a Bitcoin Developer Live In?

A Bitcoin Developer Live In is a software developer who specializes in building, maintaining, and improving applications or infrastructure related to the Bitcoin blockchain, while residing onsite or within close proximity to the company or client. This role often involves creating wallets, payment systems, or smart contracts, and may require a deep understanding of cryptography and blockchain protocols. Living onsite can facilitate collaboration, faster troubleshooting, and tighter integration with the team or project. The position typically requires strong programming skills, especially in languages like C++, Python, or JavaScript, as well as knowledge of Bitcoin's core technologies.

You'll likely participate in daily stand-ups, pair programming sessions, and occasional late-night troubleshooting, especially when managing live blockchain deployments or addressing urgent security issues. Proactive communication and flexibility are key to thriving in this immersive, team-oriented setting.
