LOOKING FOR BACKYARD BIRD AND NATURE LOVERS!
Job Summary
Looking for a position in retail where you can grow and have a work-life balance? We have the best hours in retail and a culture that celebrates diversity, encourages growth, and values every team member's well-being!
We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Sales Associate with a passion for nature to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a retail setting providing excellent customer service, a desire to learn, and a team-player mentality.
Responsibilities 
  • Deliver outstanding customer service: Greet and assist customers, and provide expert advice on bird feeding, birdwatching, and nature-related products (training provided).
  • Retail experience preferred but not required,
  • Must have a desire to deliver high-energy customer service,
  • Must be able to consistently lift 20-50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and spend extended periods on your feet.
  • Comfortable with computers and able to use a computer-based POS system (training provided).
Qualifications
  • Interest in the backyard bird feeding hobby or nature is preferred but not required. We will train you!
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 20-50 lbs. repeatedly.
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will include closing and weekend shifts, and working during busy holiday periods and sales.
