GYMGUYZ is seeking an energetic and dependable Group Fitness Coach to lead a recurring small-group training session for a corporate client in Worcester.
This opportunity is ideal for a fitness professional who enjoys coaching groups, thrives in a professional environment, and doesn't mind getting their day started before sunrise.
The current group consists of four adult men who are looking for engaging, challenging workouts that improve strength, conditioning, mobility, and overall fitness.
This is a contractor opportunity with consistent recurring sessions and the potential for additional assignments based on availability, performance, and client demand.
What You'll Do

  • Lead safe, engaging, and results-focused group training sessions
  • Adapt exercises for varying fitness levels and abilities
  • Create workouts that are challenging, motivating, and enjoyable
  • Build positive relationships with participants while maintaining a professional coaching presence
  • Arrive prepared, organized, and on time for every session
  • Represent the GYMGUYZ brand with professionalism and integrity
What We're Looking For

  • Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, or equivalent fitness certification
  • Current CPR/AED certification
  • Experience leading group fitness or small-group training sessions
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Consistent availability for 6:30 AM sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
  • Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with adult professionals in a corporate wellness setting
  • Ability to coach participants with varying fitness backgrounds and goals
  • Comfortable delivering workouts in non-traditional fitness environments
