Job description


BioTheranostics, a subsidiary of Hologic, Inc., is a leading provider of molecular-based diagnostic, prognostic, and predictive tests that empower physicians to deliver optimal care for cancer patients. As the organization's hub for oncology, BioTheranostics, referred to as Oncology Services, is committed to clinical excellence, innovation, and delivering high-value solutions for patients and healthcare providers.
We are currently searching for a Client Services Supervisor to join our Customer Experience group.

This is a fully onsite position based in San Diego, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Client Services Team operations, ensuring efficient daily order processing and strong team performance. Supervise Client Services Associates (CSAs), delegate workloads, and oversee regional production. Lead hiring efforts including resume review, phone screens, and interviews. Conduct onboarding, training, coaching, and annual performance reviews to meet key performance indicators. Monitor daily reports to ensure timely order processing and identify workflow improvements. Handle escalations, including complaints routed to leadership or technical teams, and support team members with complex issues. Develop best practices, procedures, and serve as a subject matter expert for projects. Oversee timecard tracking and approvals in ADP or Fieldglass.
Minimum Education/Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Required Training/Certification:
  • On the job training including, but not limited to, HIPAA.

Shift information:
  • Coverage needs could be as early as 6am and as late as 5:30pm Monday - Friday.
  • Potential need for occasional weekend support.

The annualized base salary range for this role is $76,700 - $127,800 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
