Position Overview
The Medical Assistant plays a pivotal role in delivering a seamless and personalized care experience. Working directly under the supervision of a physician, you will be responsible for collecting, documenting, and communicating accurate patient information, assisting in care delivery, supporting diagnostics, and ensuring regulatory and organizational compliance. You will also coordinate patient requests, manage lab processes, and help ensure that every interaction reflects the highest standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage clinical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR)
  • Assist the physician in implementing individualized care plans
  • Create and manage supplement orders through online dispensaries
  • Obtain insurance pre-authorizations when necessary
  • Process prescription requests and conduct medication reconciliation
  • Collect and review diagnostic test results from lab portals
  • Provide patient instructions as directed by the physician

Qualifications & Competencies
Technical Expertise:
  • Proficient in medical terminology and diagnostic workflows
  • HIPAA compliance certified
  • Experienced with EHR systems and laboratory diagnostic portals
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
