Title21 Health Solutions is a leading provider of innovative healthcare IT solutions, dedicated to improving patient care and streamlining operations for healthcare organizations worldwide. We are seeking a driven, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to support the growth of our software solutions for the Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) industry. In this role, you will engage academic medical centers, contract development and manufacturing organizations (CDMOs), biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and research institutions to identify opportunities, qualify leads, and guide prospective customers through the sales process.

The ideal candidate combines strong sales skills with an interest in life sciences and digital technologies. You will work closely with Marketing, Account Executives, and Customer Success to help organizations accelerate the development and commercialization of life-saving therapies through innovative software solutions.

  • Proactively research and identify new sales opportunities within assigned territory, targeting decision makers, including hospital and health system C-Suite, Executive and Senior Leaders
  • Initiate high-volume outbound calls and personalized emails to prospective clients to introduce company solutions and schedule discovery call(s)
  • Utilize customer relationship management program (HubSpot) to track all activities, update lead information, schedule relevant prospecting calls or meetings and assign follow-up tasks to Sales Executives
  • Cultivate trusted relationships with key decision-makers, providing ongoing support and ensuring pipeline retention through the sales process
  • Work with Sales Executives to support territory strategies, prepare client-facing presentations and coordinate internal follow-up required to advance the sales
  • Generate and maintain an active, qualified pipeline, exceeding at least 3-5 times the individual annual sales quota.
  • Establish strong relationships and secure contacts with potential clients to drive your sales goals.
  • Consult with prospects to gather insights into their business challenges and identify opportunities for Title21 to deliver tailored services and solutions.
    Lead compelling introductory sales presentations to senior leaders within health systems, striving to grow business partnerships and advance our sales initiatives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, allowing you to effectively position our products against competitors.
  • Maintain our customer relationship management program (HubSpot) to accurately track sales activities and capture client or opportunity details.
  • Stay current on trends in cell and gene therapy manufacturing, digital transformation, GMP compliance, and emerging software technologies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent sales experience
  • 2 years of inside sales-related experience required, preferably calling into the hospital or health system setting.
  • Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities while maintaining attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling SaaS or enterprise software to life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare organizations
  • Familiarity with the cell and gene therapy industry, bioprocessing, or advanced therapy medicinal products (ATMPs)
  • Understanding of GMP manufacturing environments, electronic batch records (EBR), manufacturing execution systems (MES), laboratory information systems (LIMS), quality management systems (QMS), or manufacturing informatics
  • Knowledge of consultative or solution-based sales methodologies

  • Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with high-level stakeholders (hospital and health system C-Suite, Executive and Senior Leaders).
