As a Nurse Educator, you will play a key role in supporting patients by connecting them with program-approved resources and delivering personalized education on chronic disease management and prescribed therapies. Qualifications

Prior experience as a nurse educator is preferred.

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
