Job Title: Automation Engineer โ€“ Aseptic Filling (Pharma/Biotech)
Location: Raleigh, North Carolina (Onsite)

Summary:
Seeking an Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in aseptic filling and PLC systems (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley) to support manufacturing operations, troubleshoot automation issues, and ensure GMP compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize automation systems for aseptic filling lines
  • Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and support production
  • Assist with validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), deviations, and CAPA
  • Collaborate with QA, Manufacturing, and Validation teams

Requirements:

  • Experience in aseptic filling (pharma/biotech)
  • Strong PLC (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley) skills
  • Knowledge of GMP and regulated environments
  • Troubleshooting and on-floor support experience

Preferred:

  • SCADA/HMI and MES exposure
  • Strong documentation skills
