  • Position: Manufacturing Associate – DNA Plasmid Operations
  • Location: Norwood, MA (100% On-Site)
  • Employment Type: Temporary / Contract (6 Months)
  • Shift: Both day and Overnight shift - 12 hour Pitman Schedule (2-2-3)
  • Pay Rate: $30.00 – $33.00 / hour (based on experience)
  • Experience Level: 0–3 years of relevant experience (New graduates & early-career candidates welcome!)
About the RoleAs part of a close-knit and cohesive team, you’ll play a critical role in supporting GMP DNA-based medicines for evaluation in human clinical trials. Responsibilities

  • Team Collaboration: Partner closely with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Logistics, and Process Development peers for smooth process flows and rapid disposition of DNA Plasmids.

  • Hands-On Operations: Operate pilot-scale bioprocessing equipment and maintain standard manufacturing practices with strict adherence to cGMPs and written procedures.

  • Documentation & Precision: Keep clear, accurate operational logs, process data, and equipment instructions.

  • Process Support: Monitor process operations against specifications, assist with procedural deviation investigations, and share ideas to continuously improve operational efficiency.

  • Safe & Clean Environment: Maintain cleanroom gowning standards, follow environmental waste-handling procedures, and practice top-tier safety habits.
