Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
  • Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
  • BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
  • Current CPR certification
  • Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and auto insurance for home visits
