Job description

Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for PRN shifts from May 18-July 10 at their Corporate Health clinic in Valdosta, GA. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and biometric screens. Hours are Monday-Thursday 7:00am-4:30pm with a 60-minute lunch break, and Friday 7:00am-1:00pm. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+  years of clinical experience to qualify for this assignment. Shift needs are May 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 26, 27, 28, & 29, June 2, 5, 9, 12, 16, 19, 23, 26, & 30, and July 1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 9, & 10.
