Job Summary:

Ensures the smooth and efficient functioning of an organization's daily activities by optimizing processes, managing resources, and supporting operational objectives.   • Identify operational challenges and develop solutions to address them promptly, reducing downtime or delays.

  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., finance, HR, customer service) to align operations with broader business objectives.

  • Address escalated issues, streamline support processes, and work to enhance customer satisfaction where relevant.
