This full-time opportunity is ideal for an electromechanical professional who enjoys solving complex technical problems, traveling extensively, and working directly with customers in manufacturing environments. The successful candidate will serve as the primary technical representative at customer facilities throughout the United States and Canada, supporting advanced industrial manufacturing equipment through installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and customer training. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, electrical troubleshooting expertise, and the ability to work independently in fast-paced production environments. Key Responsibilities
  • Travel extensively throughout the United States and Canada to support customer installations and service requirements.
  • Install, commission, and verify operational readiness of industrial manufacturing equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance programs that maximize equipment reliability and performance.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and automation-related equipment issues.
  • Conduct corrective maintenance and emergency service repairs while minimizing customer downtime.
  • Support equipment startups, customer acceptance testing, and production validation.
  • Document service activities, technical findings, repair recommendations, and equipment performance.
  • Build professional relationships with customer maintenance teams, engineers, and production personnel.

Required Qualifications
