Requirements Principal Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement machine learning and deep learning models for antibody sequence analysis and protein modeling
  • Design and maintain bioinformatics pipelines for genomic and proteomic data processing
  • Apply statistical modeling and AI techniques to biological datasets
  • Support antibody discovery efforts including structure prediction and candidate ranking
  • Integrate large language models (LLMs) into research workflows
  • Collaborate with R&D and product teams to translate computational insights into applications
  • Optimize models using frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
  • Document workflows and contribution to research reports
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Master’s degree in biomedical engineering, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning and statistical modeling
  • Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks
  • Experience with biological datasets preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Physical Demands
