Salary: $20-$25 hr + Overtime


ServiceMaster NCR is hiring a motivated and dependable Restoration Technician to support our mission of helping families and businesses recover after disaster strikes. For nearly 40 years, weve provided top-tier water damage restoration, mold remediation, hoarding and biohazard cleanup, and more across the DC Metro area.

Whether its a flooded home or a major cleanup, our technicians are on the front lines delivering fast, effective solutions with care and professionalism.


Main Office Location: Alexandria, VA
(Service territory includes DC, Maryland, and Virginia)


What Youll Do

  • Provide emergency restoration services for water damage, mold, and biohazard jobs
  • Set up and monitor equipment such as dehumidifiers and air movers
  • Follow job scopes and instructions provided by the Lead Technician or Crew Chief
  • Remove unsalvageable materials and perform demolition/cleaning as needed
  • Maintain jobsite cleanliness and safety
  • Communicate clearly with customers and team members
  • Document all work performed and report any issues or equipment malfunctions
