Job description

We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking Houseperson to support our Guest Room Attendants (GRAs) and help maintain clean, comfortable guest rooms and hotel areas. No experience required — we will train you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist GRAs so they can complete their daily room assignments efficiently

  • Sort, restock, and deliver linens and guest supplies to GRA carts

  • Clean and maintain hallways, elevator lobbies, and other assigned areas

  • Perform deep-clean tasks such as vacuuming/shampooing carpets, washing walls/windows, and moving furniture

  • Restock bathroom and in-room amenities

  • Ensure items in guest rooms are working properly (TV, lights, AC, clock, phone, etc.)

  • Perform biohazard clean-up when needed (training provided)

  • Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping area

  • Step in to support GRAs with room cleaning when required

  • Interact professionally with guests, team members, and vendors

  • Maintain strong communication with supervisors

  • Arrive on time and maintain regular attendance

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required

  • No experience needed — we will train you

  • Ability to use housekeeping equipment (vacuum, carpet cleaners, cleaning chemicals, etc.)
