Overview Senior Executive Assistant job opening to CEO Founder who has a proven COO on their team. Hybrid remote based, reporting to a Founder/CEO of a >$100MM+ high-growth D2C company. The CEO is looking for an Executive Assistant who can operate at both strategic and tactical levels — acting as a trusted partner, gatekeeper, and confidant.

With a proven COO already in place, this role is focused on optimising the CEO's time, priorities, and confidential initiatives, not operations management, however it could evolve into a Chief of Staff role in the future if of interest. Ideal profile 7–12+ years' experience supporting CEOs/Founders in entrepreneurial, fast-scaling small and medium size, award winning companies (those from mostly large global corporate enterprises in the last 5-10 years won't be invited to interview) You're digital tech savvy, innovative, and in ChatGPT/AI such as Claude Code, Cursor or Anti-Gravity, every day at a medium to advanced super user level.
