15_Project_Coordinator
Position Summary:
The position assists the BioFire Program Managers who oversees their assigned program(s). The position's tasks include but are not limited to assisting with agendas and meeting minutes, creating presentations for program meetings, writing and reviewing design control/change management documentation, facilitating stakeholder communication, and other relevant tasks.
Principal Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Perform all work in compliance with company policy and within the guidelines of BioFire Defenses Quality System.
  2. Assist with programmatic communication to align stakeholders and track goals/milestones.
  3. Run program meetings when the Program Manager is unavailable.
  4. Take an active role in learning about BioFire Defense products, design control, risk management, and change control.
  5. Present program-related updates to large groups.
  6. Assist the program manager(s) with program-related tasks, including (but not limited to): meeting minutes, timeline updates, presentation preparation and other program management tasks.
  7. Assist the program manager(s) in drafting project proposals, design input documentation, project plans, schedules, presentations, technical reviews, and other Quality Management System required documents.
  8. Assist in project documentation maintenance; ensure that appropriate documentation is complete at project close.
  9. Utilize knowledge of the change control process to assist with impact analyses for changes in assigned program.
  10. Assist in drafting risk management plans and/or risk assessments.
  11. Build relationships with program stakeholders.
  12. Gather information on program stakeholders' wants/needs.
  13. Independently manage small, low complexity projects.

Qualifications
