Are you a Registered Dental Hygienist who believes oral health is the gateway to total body wellness? We are looking for a passionate, health-conscious, and mission-driven superstar to join our growing family. As a "diagnostic detective," you will look beyond standard cleanings to evaluate the oral microbiome and educate patients on the oral-systemic connection. Job Description

Holistic Hygiene Care: Provide gentle, thorough cleanings and periodontal therapy using biological and bio-compatible principles.
Patient Advocacy: Lead empowering conversations regarding the oral-systemic connection and the impact of nutrition on periodontal health.
Diagnostic Excellence: Evaluate the oral microbiome, conduct meticulous periodontal charting, and look for systemic red flags.
Advanced Wellness Modalities: Utilize holistic tools, such as ozone water, to provide specialized preventative care.
Technology & Imaging: Capture high-quality X-rays and 3D digital scans; manage accurate electronic health records using Dentrix.
Team Collaboration: Actively participate in morning huddles and work as a "reliable rock" for our clinical team.

Salary Range

Part-time $55 - $65 per hour

Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Clinical hours: 8 AM – 4 PM)
Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Clinical hours: 8 AM – 4 PM)
Friday, Saturday, & Sunday: Closed

Requirements

Valid Illinois Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) License.
Local Anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide certification.
Proficiency in digital imaging, 3D scanning, and dental software (e.g., Dentrix).
Strong understanding of infection control and clinical documentation.
Punctuality and a high degree of reliability.

Preferences

Prior experience in a holistic or biological dental setting.
Deep interest in nutrition and systemic health.
Experience in complex patient education and counseling.
Existing biological dental certifications.
