Qualifications

Lab Technician would have a M.Sc. degree in biochemistry, biophysics,
or a related field with experience at expression and purification of
recombinant proteins.


Lab Technician requires:

  • Protein expression and purification - FPLC, affinity chromatography, SDS page, etc.


Lab Technician duties: 

  • Purification of recombinant proteins using affinity, ion exchange, and size exclusion chromatography.
  • Characterization of proteins using SDS-PAGE and other analytical techniques.
  • Protein expression and/or molecular biology support Biochemical assays.
