The Senior technician is able to independently execute their tasks and is involved in coordinating and coaching technicians. The Senior technician is described as a practical problem solver and has extensive knowledge of Ardena processes.

• Can be a System Manager of laboratory equipment
• Performs transfers/method development under supervision of an (Associate) Scientist
