Bio Touch information

What is a Bio Touch?

Bio Touch professionals are trained practitioners who use a gentle, hands-on healing technique called Bio-Touch to help reduce pain and stress and promote overall wellness. Bio-Touch is a form of complementary therapy that involves lightly touching specific points on the body to stimulate the body's natural healing abilities. Practitioners do not diagnose or prescribe, but instead support the body's innate capacity for self-healing. Bio Touch can be used alongside conventional medical treatments and is suitable for people of all ages.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Bio Touch?

To thrive as a Biotech Technician, you need a solid background in biology, chemistry, and laboratory procedures, typically supported by a relevant associate's or bachelor's degree. Familiarity with laboratory equipment, data analysis software, and compliance protocols such as Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) is essential. Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and effective teamwork make candidates stand out in this role. These competencies ensure accurate results, regulatory compliance, and smooth collaboration in biotechnology environments.

What are some common challenges faced by Bio Touch technicians in their daily work, and how can they be addressed?

Bio Touch technicians often work in environments requiring strict hygiene and precision, especially when performing cosmetic tattooing or microblading. Common challenges include ensuring client comfort, managing varying skin types, and staying updated with evolving safety protocols. Addressing these challenges involves ongoing training, clear communication with clients about aftercare, and adhering to industry-standard sanitation practices. Collaborating with experienced team members and regularly attending workshops can also help technicians stay proficient and confident in their skills.

Job description

TrendAI, the global AI security leader and enterprise business unit of Trend Micro, empowers organizations with full AI visibility and consolidated security that inspires confidence, drives innovation, and eliminates risk.
At TrendAI, we're always seeking exceptional talent; people who want to collaborate with the best and push boundaries together. Here, your work goes beyond building a career. You will help protect what matters and play a vital role in shaping a safer, more trustworthy AI-powered future.
AI Fearlessly.

Role Summary

TrendAI has credible executive voices and a strong stream of substance to share with the market. As Market Influence scales, TrendAI is building a dedicated executive-communications and thought-leadership program to expand the presence of those voices across the outlets, topics, and channels that matter to security leaders. This role builds and runs that program - including TrendAI's executive thought-leadership program, which develops spokespeople through recorded working sessions and turns their voice into a reusable, durable asset.

This is a first-class executive-communications role, blending program-building, executive coaching, and in-voice writing.

Core Responsibilities

Grow executive visibility

  • Map each priority spokesperson's target presence - topics, outlets, channels - and systematically expand it, benchmarking against industry peers

  • Identify and land placement, speaking, byline, podcast, and social opportunities for the executive bench

  • Maintain per-spokesperson POV documents - living docs covering bio, swim lanes, and topics they will and won't touch - to route opportunities cleanly

Build & run the thought-leadership program

  • Co-build the program with the Editorial Director and Head of Market Influence, then run its cadence of working sessions with spokespeople

Operate the bench

  • Manage the spokesperson roster, ensuring balanced coverage and representation across channels

  • Partner with PR and the editorial engine so executive voice is coordinated with the broader narrative

Qualifications

Required

  • 7+ years in executive communications, PR, or thought-leadership programs, with direct, first-class exec-comms experience (ghostwriting/voice, placement, executive positioning)

  • Track record landing executive visibility - placements, bylines, keynotes, podcasts - for senior leaders

  • Excellent writing and editorial judgment; can capture and reproduce an executive's authentic voice

  • Comfortable coaching and challenging senior executives, including reporter-style pressure-testing

  • High AI fluency; eager to use tooling that scales voice capture and content

Preferred

  • B2B tech / cybersecurity; fluent with the CISO/security-leader landscape and its media

  • Experience building a spokesperson/thought-leadership program from the ground up

  • Media-training background; familiarity with earned-media measurement
