Job Description
Are you a skilled instrumentation and electrical technician who thrives in hands-on environments and takes pride in maintaining operational excellence? Do you enjoy problem-solving, working outdoors and being part of a strong safety culture? If so, we want you to join our Fresno, California operations team as an I&E Technician.
Please note: The hourly wage for this position is up to $43.63, based on experience and qualifications.

What You'll Do
Lead troubleshooting and repair of complex instrumentation and electrical systems across the plant.
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on a variety of plant equipment.
Handle hazardous waste in accordance with OSHA, EPA, RCRA, DOT and HAZWOPER guidelines.
Maintain inventory for process equipment and ensure parts availability.
Support site projects including turnarounds, confined space entry and lockout/tagout.
Conduct vessel inspections and keep maintenance areas clean and organized.
Participate in emergency response efforts and implement response plans as needed.
Work outdoors in all weather conditions and maintain a strong presence in the plant's safety program.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring
• High school diploma or GED required; degree in Electrical/Instrumentation & Control preferred.
• Verifiable technical training and work experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting, mechanical and analytical skills.
• Solid communication skills and basic computer literacy
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift 50 pounds climb stairs and stand for long periods.
Must be medically cleared to use SCBA and other respiratory equipment.
