Job description

As a Production Technician II, you will support team-based manufacturing processes, including product filling, capping, and labeling operations that require hand filling. Responsibilities include delivering semi-finished goods to Warehousing, performing in-process and final quality inspections of components and products, and preparing for production by reviewing schedules, assembling equipment, and requesting or staging supplies. You will follow procedures and work instructions to complete production tasks, accurately document activities in a timely manner in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and complete inventory and quality transactions in the SAP inventory system. This role also requires maintaining a safe, clean work environment by following current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and standard operating procedures, performing basic instrument operation, cleaning, and maintenance, and assisting with troubleshooting instrument or equipment issues while coordinating support activities as needed.

Location: This position must be based in Fort Worth, Texas and requires the employee to be located within commuting distance of the office.

How You'll Make An Impact:

  • Support high-quality manufacturing operations by performing filling, capping, labeling, and material handling activities in compliance with cGMP requirements.
  • Ensure product quality through in-process and final inspections, identifying and resolving quality issues.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and production records using SAP and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Optimize equipment performance by operating, cleaning, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.
  • Drive safety and efficiency by adhering to SOPs, maintaining a clean work environment, and supporting production goals.

What You Bring:

  • Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Work Experience: 0-2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Working knowledge of quality systems, cGMP, policies, and procedures in the specialty area.
  • Experience operating manual, semi-auto and automatic production machinery preferred.
  • Transaction in SAP a plus.
  • Accurate and detail-oriented.
  • Team player/ flexible/ attentive to detail and quality minded.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, with overtime and weekends as needed.

Compensation: The estimated hourly rate for this position is $19.66 to $27.02 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
