Job description

Working alongside the amazing team at The Quail, we are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our Sales & Marketing Department.

Key Accountabilities
  • Conceive, create, and mange social media initiatives in collaboration with internal departments' cross-functional teams (hotel, food and beverage, signature events, golf, membership, etc.) and external partners.
  • Update website content and visual assets to ensure accuracy and maintain brand reputation. Work with third party vendors to complete back-end updates (such as SEO/SEM) as necessary.
  • Manage online social networking and business listing sites (such as Yelp, Google Business, TripAdvisor, Bing, etc.) to ensure accuracy and maintain brand reputation.
  • Assist with logistic coordination of marketing initiatives, such as photography shot lists, videography shot lists, creative briefs, media alerts, and more.
  • Assist in creating marketing collateral, developing marketing communications, and executing marketing campaigns (print, digital, social media, EDM, and more).
  • Experience in graphic arts, design work, copywriting, and/or photography with knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) preferred.
  • Support the Director of Sales and Marketing and Marketing Manager, as needed, to achieve set marketing objectives.

General Requirements
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Some College or post-secondary education preferred
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Rush)
  • Outgoing, sociable, and well spoken

Salary: $23.00 - $26.00/hour
