Print Production Equipment/Bindery Operator

Location: PrintsWell – Pelham, Alabama
Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour

Job Description

The Bindery Machine Operator is responsible for setting up and operating semi-automated paper cutting and finishing equipment. Prior print-finishing experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Load paper and set up the correct cutting program using computer controls
  • Monitor the flow of paper to ensure cutting accuracy and quality
  • Identify and correct irregularities during operation
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently
  • Mechanical and computer skills are a plus
