The successful candidate will support project execution by coordinating field operations, leveraging BIM technologies, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality, safety, and timeline requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Field Coordination: Oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities, ensuring alignment with project plans, specifications, and schedules.

· BIM Implementation: Utilize BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, or Tekla) to develop, manage, and update 3D models for clash detection, constructability reviews, and coordination with subcontractors.

· Project Support: Assist project managers in reviewing drawings, specifications, and schedules to identify potential issues and propose solutions.

· Quality Control: Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.

· Documentation: Maintain accurate records of field activities, including daily reports, RFIs (Requests for Information), and as-built drawings.

· Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless project execution.

· Technology Integration: Apply BIM tools to facilitate quantity takeoffs, cost estimation, and scheduling, improving project efficiency.

· Problem Solving: Address field challenges promptly, leveraging technical expertise and BIM data to mitigate risks and delays.

Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

· Experience: 3-5 years of experience in construction engineering, with hands-on involvement in field operations and BIM workflows.

· Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or Tekla).

o Familiarity with construction management tools (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, or Bluebeam).

o Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
