Salary Range: $110,000.00 To $140,000.00 Annually

The BIM Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) standards, workflows, and digital project delivery across SLS projects. Reporting to senior operations and project leadership, this role provides technical leadership and oversight for BIM execution, model coordination, clash detection, quality control, and information management. The BIM Manager serves as the primary resource for digital project delivery, supporting project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure successful execution of BIM requirements from planning and design through construction and project closeout.

Key Responsibilities
  • BIM Program Leadership: Develop, implement, and maintain company BIM standards, workflows, BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), and digital delivery procedures to ensure consistency across all projects.
  • Model Coordination & Clash Detection: Lead multidisciplinary model coordination efforts, perform clash detection reviews, facilitate coordination meetings, and drive resolution of design and construction conflicts.
  • Digital Project Delivery: Oversee BIM implementation throughout design and construction, ensuring timely delivery of models, project documentation, as-built models, and owner-required BIM deliverables.
  • Information Management: Manage Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and other digital collaboration platforms, ensuring proper model organization, version control, file management, and information exchange protocols.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance: Conduct model audits and quality reviews to verify compliance with project requirements, BIM standards, client specifications, and digital delivery objectives.
  • Technology Administration: Administer BIM software platforms, maintain BIM libraries and templates, evaluate new technologies, and provide technical support to project teams.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary BIM point of contact for consultants, contractors, and project teams, ensuring coordination, communication, and successful fulfillment of BIM-related requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive BIM, VDC, Digital Delivery, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Technology experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing BIM models and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), AutoCAD, and related BIM technologies.
  • Strong understanding of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), clash detection workflows, model coordination, and information management practices.
  • Experience supporting projects through design, construction, and closeout phases.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Technology, or a related field preferred.
Preferred Attributes
  • Experience supporting public-sector projects including NYCHA, DDC, SCA, DEP, DASNY, MTA, or similar agencies.
  • Knowledge of NYCHA BIM standards, digital turnover requirements, and facility management deliverables.
  • Experience administering Autodesk Construction Cloud and Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows.
  • Ability to develop and implement BIM standards across multiple projects and project teams.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in digital construction and project delivery.
