This role leads the billing team, manages accounts receivable activities, resolves complex billing issues, improves billing processes, ensures compliance with financial procedures, and collaborates with accounting and operations to support accurate financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, train, and supervise the billing team.
  • Assign and monitor work to ensure timely and accurate billing.
  • Establish departmental goals and drive continuous process improvements.
  • Oversee daily billing, invoicing, reconciliation, and accounts receivable activities.
