Receptionist Position

The receptionist welcomes patients and visitors to the center or on the phone.

Collects patient identification cards and insurance information.

Ensures documentation is completed and signed.

Collects copays and deductibles as needed.

Records payments in the billing system.

Balances upfront collections.

Notifies clinical when patient is ready to proceed to the clinical area.

Regular and predictable attendance required.

Prepares patient charts for the following day.

Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
