Stokes Toyota Hilton Head is ย seeking a detail-oriented automotive accounting biller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing vehicle deals, billing paperwork, and ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and in a timely manner. This is a full time position automotive dealership experience preferred but will train the right person. If you are a team player and are looking for an established company this is the company for you excellent pay and benefits.ย 

Responsibilities:

  • Sending vehicle contracts to lenders
  • Reviewing retail deals for proper documents
  • Maintaining accounting schedules/down payments
  • Posting deals
  • Issuing checks to customers/lenders
  • Knowledge of excel
  • Submit and track payoff checks to banks
  • Assist with month-end closing tasks as needed
